AccordingtothetheoryofsoftmatterbydeGenners,thechangingofthesoftmattersystemiscausedbutheweakentropyforce.Whenfibercontainstwoofparticles,wspeciallyoneofthem,isnanoparticle,goingthroughspimninganddyeding,therepeatedweakcollisionsbetweentowparticlesmakethelagerparticlesdistributeonthesurface,whilethesmalleroneisconainedinthecenntterofthefiber.Thusthenewfull-dullfiber,calledsoft-full-dullfiber,hasbeenproposedinthispaper.Inourresearch,thetwoparticlesaresiliconoxide(SiO2,80nmindiameter)0.3%andtitaniumoxide(TiO2,0.3&micro；mindiameter)0.8%respectively.Asaresult,thefiberwegothasthesamedullpropertywithcomparingtothenormalfull-dullfiberinwhichtheconcentrationofTiO2is2.5%.Furthermore,thesoftfulldullfiberhastheoutstandingspinnabilityanddyeability.
