Layer-by-layer(LbL)assemblytechniquehasdevelopedasagroupofversatileandconvenientmethodsfortheconstructionoflayeredultrathinfilmswithprecisecontroloffilmthicknessandcomposition.[1-3]ButthefabricationofthickfilmsbyusingLbLassemblytechniqueisgenerallytime-consumingbecauseseveralhundredsoflayersareoftenrequiredtoreachathicknessofonemicrometerandthedepositionofonelayeroffilmusuallytakesseveraltensofminutes.
