9,10-Diphenylanthracene(DPA)exhibitspurebluecoloremissionwithunitphotoluminescencequantumyieldandgoodelectrochemicalproperty.ManyDPAderivativeshavebeenadoptedinsmallmolecule-basedorganiclight-emittingdiodes(OLEDs)withhighelectroluminescence(EL)efficiency.1,2,3However,forpolymerlight-emittingdiodes(PLEDs),notmanyexamplesareknownfor9,10-diphenylanthracenepolymerswithsatisfactoryELefficiency,especiallythecaseforthosepolymerswith-conjugationextendingfromthe2-and6-positionsofanthracene.
