Multiphasecompositeswithmultiwalledcarbonnanobutes(MWNT),lowdensitypolyethylene(LDPE)andpolystyrene(PS)werepreparedbymeltprocessinaHAKKERheocord.ThecompositeswithacompositionofLDPE/PS(50/50)exhibitedarelativelowerelectricalpercolationof4wt%.SEMmicrographsshowedthattheimprovementofconductivitycanbeattributedtoMWNTpreferablylocatedinLDPEphaseandformedelectricallyconductivepath.Thepositivetemperaturecoefficient(PTC)effectofcompositesfurtherconfirmedthatMWNTselectivelylocatedinLDPEphase.
