AntheraeaPernyi(A.Pernyi)silkfibroin/hydroxyapatite(ASF/HA)compositefilms,withtheadditionofglycerin,werefabricatedbyco-precipitation.ThetheoreticalHAcontentincompositefilmsvariedfrom2%to20%.Physicalpropertiesofcompositefilmsincludinghydroscopicproperty,moisturepermeabilityandmechanicalperformanceweretested.TheresultsrevealedthatthephysicalpropertieschangedobviouslywhentheHAcontentisupto12%.WhenthecontentofHAwaslowerthan12%,thewaterratiodecreasedgraduallywiththeadditionofHA.Atthesametime,themoisturepermeabilityincreasedgradually.ThestructuresofcompositefilmswereinvestigatedbyX-RaydiffractionandSEM.Itshowedpredominantα-helixandamorphousstructureinthecompositefilms.ThecrystallinityofthecompositefilmsdeclinedwiththeadditionofHAandappearedagreatdeclinewhentheHAcontentwas12%.
