Thecouplingeffectofmicrophaseseparationanddewettinginblockcopolymerthinfilmremainspoorlyunderstoodandtherelatedstudiesattractedtheinterestsofscientistsintherecentyears.Especially,forthesemicrystallinediblockcopolymer,theinherentcrystallizationmakesthemorphologyevolutionevenmorecomplexandthereliefstructurehasdominantinfluenceonthecrystallization.Thus,studyonthereliefstructureformationhasvitalimportanceforunderstandingofthediblockco-polymerthinfilmstability.Inthiswork,weaddresstheproblemandinsitustudiedthereliefstructureformationofnearlysymmetricpoly(styrene)-block-poly(ε-caprolactone)(PS-b-PCL)diblockcopolymerthinfilm,amongwhichwefocusedonthedewettinganditscouplingwithmicrophaseseparation.
