Thesix-wingsynchronousvaryingclearancerotorswhichhavebeendesignedforthemixingofshortfiber-rubbercompositematerialhavespecialstructure,andconsideringthecharacteristicoftheshortfiber-rubbercompositematerial,theflowsituationofthemixedrubberisverycomplex.However,theflowfieldofthesix-wingsynchronousvaryingclearancerotorscanbeanalyzedbyADINA.So,theflowsituationandmixingsituationofthemixedrubbercanbeanalyzedandjudgedbytheFEAresultssuchasthepressurefield,viscosityfield,shearingforcefieldandvelocityfield.
