Thechangesoftemperatureintherubbermixingprocessisofgreatsignificance.Howtoensurethechangesoftemperatureinrubbermixingisanimportantissue.Thearticleintroducesthetemperaturecontrolsystembasedonthefuzzycontrolalgorithm.Usingthehostcomputerasthefuzzycontroller,andthehostcomputereducesthecontrolvaluebasedonthedifferencebetweensetvalueandthemeasurevalue.Thesystemautomaticallydischargesofhightemperaturewaterandautomaticallyaddstheappropriateamountofcoolingwater.Thesystemcanensuretheflowtemperaturestandardsandachievethestabilityofthequalityofrubbermixing.
