Theflowfieldanalyzedmethodaboutmixerflowinchamberhasbeenintroduced,SynchronousrotorthreedimensionflowfieldsimulationrubberwiththeFiniteElementAnalysisisreported.ThephysicalandthreedimensionFiniteElementMethodmodelsforsynchronousrotorsflowfieldhasbeenbuiltforthefirsttime.Isothermalflowfieldsimulationwithsynchronousrotorhasbeenmade,thepressurefield,velocityfieldandviscosityfieldhadbeenobtainedfromnumericalsimulation.Theresultsshowedflowfield’schangeruleinacircleclearly,whichareusefultoimprovemixerrotor’sstructure.
