Becauseofgoodflexibility,lightweight,goodinsulation,thehigh-lowtemperatureresistancemultilayercompositematerialhasbeenwidelyusedinspacecrafts,polarenvironments,volcanoadventureandsoon.Besidestheinsulationproperties,thetensileproperty,flexibleproperty,andairtightpropertyathigh-lowtemperaturearealsoimportantforthematerial.Thematerialdiscussedinthispaperconsistsofouterfabric,innerfabricandmiddlemultilayersystem.Thetensilepropertiesoftheouterfabric,innerfabric,middlemultilayersystemandthewholecompositematerialatroomtemperature(20℃±2℃),hightemperature(75～80℃),lowtemperature(-100℃±3℃)weremeasured.Andtheflexibilityandairtightpropertiesoftheouterfabric,innerfabric,middlemultilayersystemandthewholecompositematerialatroomtemperature(20℃±2℃),hightemperature(70～80℃),lowtemperature(-100～-75℃)weremeasured.Itcanbefoundthatthetensilepropertyandflexibilitydidnotchangelargelyathigh-lowtemperaturecondition.Andthereisnoleakingphenomenonathigh-lowtemperature.Thecompositefabriccanbeusedintheapplicationofhigh-lowtemperatureconditions.
