Theeffectsofprocessparametersofweavefabricpreformmadeformco-wrappedflax/PPyarnsonthepeelingpropertiesofperformandcompositewereinvestigated.Theco-wrappedyarnswereproducedbyco-wrappedspinningwithflaxyarnandPP,andthenfabricperformswerepreparedbyweaving,whichwaseasytoimpregnateandpermeatebyhotpressing.Thedifferentcavitythicknessandprocessparameterswerestudied,includingthehotpressingpressure,timeandtemperature.Itwasfoundthatthecavitythicknesshasgreatlyinfluenceonthetensilestrengthandpeelingstrengthofthermoplasticcomposites,andthepropertiesareperfectwhendesignthethicknesswith0.8～1.2mm.Meanwhile,byorthogonaldesignandanalysisofvariancemethod,thehotformingprocessparametersonpeelingpropertiesofcompositeswereoptimized,alongwiththeoptimizedvaluesofpressureof7MPa,timeof5minandtemperatureof175℃.Themicroscopicgraphofthepeelingbondingsectionshowsthatthereexistsagoodcombinationofinterfaceandbondingproperties.
