Theclearancebetweenthewingtopandthemixingroomisanimportantfactorwhichimpactstheperformanceoftheshortfiber-rubbercompositematerial.Accordingtothebigclearancetheory,thenewtypesix-wingvaryingclearancesynchronousrotorshavebeendesigned,andtheexperimenthasbeenmanufactured.Throughtheexperimentsstudy,thephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofthecompositematerialhavebeengot,approvingthenewtypesix-wingvaryingclearancesynchronousrotorsarefitforthemixingoftheshortfiber-rubbercompositematerial,andgettingthebestadditionproportionoftheshortfibers.
