Poly(e-caprolactone)(PCL)homopolymerandpoly(e-caprolactone-b-ethyleneoxide)(PCL-b-PEO)amphiphilicblockcopolymerwereusedtofabricatedmicrospheresbymeansofemulsionsolventevaporationtechnique.AsshowninFigure1a1andb1,thechemicalstructureofpolymershasgreatinfluenceonsurfacemorphologyofmicrospheres.Meanwhile,thesurfacemorphologyofmicrospherescouldbefurtherregulatedbycontrollingthebiodegradationofmicrospheresinphosphatebuffersolutioncontainingpseudomonaslipase(Figure1a2,a3andb2,b3).TheinfluenceofsurfacemorphologyofmicrospheresonMG-63cellswasinvestigated.
